When getting cages I would recommend a cage without bars. A good idea would be to get a large fish tank or you can order a cage from online. The cage MUST be at least 100cm by 50cm or larger. The bigger the better.

Another good thing you can do is DIY a cage but that can be difficult so it's not recommended for any new owners or anyone without hamster care experiance.
